Sprouted green moong beans cooked to a beautiful, creamy texture. Carrots and fresh dill are mixed through for flavour and goodness.
Moong beans are part of the legume family. They are one of the best sources of plant based protein and are filled with antioxidants. When sprouted, they have six times more antioxidants than regular moong beans.
Just add jasmine rice or naan bread. Looking for a side? Add beetroot sauerkraut and/or a dollop of greek yogurt
