Activated black eyed beans slow cooked with whole cumin seeds and garam masala to perfection. Topped with a sprinkle of shallots, it is a warm embrace in a bowl.
Black eyed beans are nutrient-dense legumes. They are very high in protein, with a serve being equivalent to two large eggs. Activating our beans changes their composition - it makes them lower in calories and allows the amino acids (the building blocks of protein) to be more available for the body to freely absorb.
Just add corn chips and avocado. Looking for a side? We love tomato and red onion salsa and/or a dollop of greek yogurt.
Ingredients: ACTIVATED black eyed beans (80%), organic tomatoes (5%), brown onions (5%), water (5%), organic coconut oil, ginger, garlic, rock salt, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, garam masala, red chilli, turmeric, green chilli, shallots, asafoetida.
Sprouted green moong beans cooked to a beautiful, creamy texture. Carrots and fresh dill are mixed through for flavour and goodness.
Moong beans are part of the legume family. They are one of the best sources of plant based protein and are filled with antioxidants. When sprouted, they have six times more antioxidants than regular moong beans.
Just add jasmine rice or naan bread. Looking for a side? Add beetroot sauerkraut and/or a dollop of greek yogurt

'Kala Channa' translates to black chickpeas. It is a pulse that is very nutritious, and high in fibre. These are soluble fibres, keeping you full between meals and acting as a prebiotic, benefitting the growth of good bacteria in your gut.

Known as ‘Masoor’ in the Indian subcontinent, red lentils are a nutrient rich source of plant based protein and fibre. Activation helps break down the phytic acid in the lentils which would otherwise interfere with absorbing minerals like calcium, iron and zinc.
