Activated red lentils and superfood kale cooked with curry leaves, ginger, tomatoes and light coconut creaminess. The best part, this dish has no onion or garlic.

Known as ‘Masoor’ in the Indian subcontinent, red lentils are a nutrient rich source of plant based protein and fibre. Activation helps break down the phytic acid in the lentils which would otherwise interfere with absorbing minerals like calcium, iron and zinc.

Just add jasmine rice or quinoa. Looking for a side? Try beetroot saurkraut and/or a dollop of greek yogurt.

Ingredients: ACTIVATED red lentils (60%), organic kale (15%), organic tomato (10%), organic light coconut milk (5%), Water (5%), organic coconut oil, ginger, curry leaves, cumin, rock salt, black mustard seeds, turmeric, red chilli, green chilli, lemon juice, asafoetida.
